NADD Pay Fees

Know your transfer fees before you pay, whether for yourself or your business.

With NADD Pay, you can see a straightforward transfer fee before you authorize your payment. Fees are calculated automatically and displayed clearly, helping you understand the cost of each transfer before you decide to continue.

Transparent Transfer Fee

Wallet-to-wallet transfers initiated through NADD Pay on WhatsApp are charged a fee of 0.5% of the transfer amount, subject to a minimum fee of 0.05 NADD.

Recipients Pay Nothing

When you send NADD, you pay the transfer fee. When you receive NADD, the full transfer amount reaches your wallet, with no receiving fee deducted from the amount sent to you.

Fee Confirmation

Before you complete each transfer, NADD Pay shows you the transfer amount, applicable fee, and total amount to be debited. Review these details and confirm that they are correct before you enter your PIN.

Important: No one from NADD, NADD Pay, NADD Labs, or Abba Payments, including Simon Kapenda, will ever ask you to disclose your PIN, private key, recovery phrase, wallet password, or security credentials.

QR Payment Security: Scanning a NADD Pay QR does not authorize or execute a payment. Users must review the intended recipient and payment details and enter their own PIN before an authorized QR payment can proceed.
